Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India only. Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Non-availability On Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has genuine damage then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. We anyhow do not refund money in any given scenario.
We accept Return of orders purchase through Minimosa subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :
• Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video to support@minimosa.in
• We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.
